Delivery Details

At Lansdale, we appreciate the importance of speedy deliveries. We work closely with our chosen courier company and regularly review their performance to ensure that the best service is continuously offered.

Our aim is to despatch orders within 24 hours of receipt (subject to the time the order is received) on a Next Day, before 5pm service (if delivery is to a BFPO address please allow additional time for delivery). As the parcel will require a signature on delivery, we strongly recommend using a work address as deliveries will usually be made Monday to Friday between 9am - 5pm.

Whilst we endeavour to hold sufficient stocks in our large warehouse, we are open and honest enough to admit that, on occasions, certain items or sizes will not always be available for delivery within the desired time frame due to excessive demands being placed on us or the manufacturer, or simply that the item chosen is custom made and finished to order.

To allow you to make an informed decision when shopping online with Lansdale, we have introduced the following delivery schedules that will appear alongside your chosen product. These are intended as a guide only and do not necessarily guarantee delivery within that time. If multi products are selected, the longest delivery time will apply unless otherwise stated (on certain occasions a part order may be despatched at Lansdale's discretion).

1-3 days (stock line normally ready for immediate despatch)
4-7 days (stock line but not necessarily all sizes or colours permanently stocked)
1-2 weeks (forecast delay with supply / manufacture)
2-3 weeks (forecast delay with manufacture or bespoke products finished to order)
3+ weeks (forecast delay with manufacture or bespoke products finished to order)

Delivery is free for all orders placed over £100. Orders under £50 are charged at £7.99, and orders between £50 and £100 are charged at £3.99.
Certain items marked as having either free or reduced carriage. If the order comprises of solely these items, then the carriage will either be free or half price regardless of value.

Above rates apply to UK mainland* and BFPO only and we can despatch to all other countries worldwide at cost price according to the weight and dimensions of the parcel.
*Surcharges will apply to N. Ireland and the Highlands and Islands plus Grampian Regions of Scotland regardless of order value.
