I am writing to say a huge thank you to the team at Lansdale to their quick and unquestioning response to replacing a Snugpak Elite jacket purchased on the internet.
In a time where companies are quick to question the customer before replacing or refunding an item it is refreshing to see that you still offer a service that appears to be customer orientated.
Having purchased a Snugpak jacket off the internet, I received the item and found it too large and so e-mailed to say that I would like to replace it. I received a reply thanking me for my enquiry and stated that there would be no problem as long as the original tags were attached. Unfortunately as I was not being in the country for a while I was unable to post the item for another couple of months, and when I did, had a very short amount of time before leaving the country again. So, I enclosed a note saying that if there were any problems, please contact me and I would give an alternative address. To my surprise, having posted the item to you Tuesday 18 April, I received a replacement around a week later with no questions asked. This was even more amazing as that weekend was Easter weekend! The jacket fitted perfectly!
Once again I would like to thank you for the quick response and customer care shown in this case.
