The PRIMUS family of headlamps will grow this year with the addition of a truly powerful headlamp. PrimeLite Race is built around the Luxeon™ Rebel diode with a brightness of no less than 140 lumens and a range of 125 meters. The actual lamp is attached to the strap, and the battery pack is kept in a pocket or backpack. It can run on both alkaline batteries and lithium batteries as well as different kinds of rechargeable batteries.
