The price payable for the goods is that as set out at the time you place your order and should coincide with those prices listed within the website. VAT is included in all prices displayed online. Lansdale reserves the right to adjust these prices without warning or prior notice. E. & O.E.
Customers buying from within a valid BFPO region (not Northern Ireland) will qualify for VAT exemption. Prices displayed will still show VAT, however, this will be deducted prior to despatch. To calculate VAT please divide online price by 1.175.
Lansdale subsidises the postage, however, for orders under £50 there is a charge of £7.99* P&P. For orders over £50 and up to £100, a charge of £3.99* will be made. For orders over £100 carriage will be free. Lansdale will decide upon the method of delivery. *Certain products are marked Postage Exempt or Discounted and will be reflected in your shopping basket.
The above postage rates are only applicable to UK mainland and BFPO addresses. We can despatch to all other countries worldwide at cost price according to the weight and dimensions of the parcel. *Surcharges will apply to N. Ireland and the Highlands and Islands plus Grampian Regions of Scotland regardless of order value.
Lansdale strongly recommends that you use a delivery address that is generally occupied during normal working hours (Monday to Friday, 09.00 to 17.30). If Lansdale has to organise redirection of your goods once despatched or pay for the goods to be returned to sender, we reserve the right to pass on any additional costs to you.
Lansdale will not be liable for any return postage costs unless the goods are despatched faulty or the incorrect items are sent to you.
If returning faulty goods, Lansdale strongly recommends that you use a 'Signed for' service such as Royal Mail Recorded. This service is not time sensitive but tracks the parcel. Proof of postage will not be accepted as proof of receipt. If you choose any other service, we will only reimburse what we deem to be a sensible market rate. Your order will not be despatched until Lansdale has received clearance from your credit card company. Lansdale will not attempt to take money from your credit card until the goods are ready for despatch.
If all or any of your order is not ready for despatch we will not take any money from you until the goods are ready to go. If the order is split, we will charge you card for only what we send.
Lansdale reserves the right to not refund the outbound postage on any orders cancelled and returned by you.
Lansdale reserves the right to charge a 5% restocking fee for any cancelled orders returned to us.
Any cancelled, returned goods must be in a received by Lansdale in a resalable condition. If they are not we will either return them to you to retain, keeping the original amount or only offer a part refund.
