Shipping & Delivery

To UK Mainland & BFPO addresses: 
Lansdale now offers a choice of Standard Delivery for £3.99, or Supersaver Delivery for FREE on all orders!! Standard Delivery will be sent either by 1st Class Royal Mail or Next Day Courier, and we estimate you should receive your order from 1-10 working days. Supersaver Delivery will be sent either by 2nd Class Royal Mail, or Royal Mail Standard Parcel, and we estimate you should receive your order from 3-15 working days. 

To Northern Ireland & Other UK Offshore & Highland Destinations: 
The Standard Delivery charge to these destinations is £18.50 (This incudes postcodes staring with BT, IM, GY, JE, HS, IV, KA, KW, PA, PH, ZE, TR, AB & FK). We now also offer a Supersaver Option for only £7.50!! Standard Delivery will be sent either by 1st Class Royal Mail or 2 Day Courier, and we estimate you should receive your order from 2-10 working days. Supersaver Delivery will be sent either by 2nd Class Royal Mail, or Royal Mail Standard Parcel, and we estimate you should receive your order from 5-15 working days. For small orders (items weighing under 2kg when packed), a discount may be refunded off these charges at our discretion.

To Europe: 
Delivery charges to Europe are set between £14.50 to £22.00 per order, depending on the destination Country. Simply add the items you would like to purchase to your shopping cart to get a quote for your country. For small orders (items weighing under 2kg when packed), a discount may be refunded off these charges at our discretion.

To the USA, Canada & Australia: 
A flat rate of £28.00 to the USA, Canada & Australia is charged per order. This covers parcels weighing up to 2kg. For small orders (items weighing under 1kg when packed), a discount may be given off these charges at our discretion. For larger orders (items weighing over 2kg when packed), additional postage charges will apply & we will contact you before processing your order for dispatch. To help lower the postage charges for you, some items may be removed from their outer packaging (ie: boots removed from their outer box) then re-packed to ensure the parcel weighs under the 2kg limit.


At Lansdale, we appreciate the importance of speedy deliveries. We work closely with our chosen courier company and regularly review their performance to ensure that the best service is continuously offered.

For product(s) available from stock, our aim is to dispatch your order within 24 hours of receipt (subject to the time the order is received), Monday to Friday only, excluding Bank Holidays. 

For product(s) not available from stock, our aim is to dispatch your order within 10 working days.

Please note: Working days exclude Saturdays, Sundays, all Bank Holidays & closure between Christmas & New Years.


Please note: A signature is required from you when your order is delivered, so we highly recommend choosing a delivery address that is occupied during normal working hours (Monday to Friday, 9am-5.30pm). Orders will only be delivered to the address you have stated when placing your order. Lansdale cannot be held responsible for any inaccurate addresses provided to us.

BFPO Addresses: Lansdale is happy to post to BFPO addresses and the charges are the same as to a UK mainland address. Please note that Lansdale will dispatch your order to the BFPO office as quickly as possible, but it is then down to the BFPO system as to how quickly they deliver to you.

Missed Delivery: If no-one is available to sign for the parcel, the Royal Mail or our courier DPD will leave a calling cards with details on how to re-arrange delivery, or to collect from their local depot. 

In very rare circumstances we may be let down by suppliers & not be able to fulfil your order. Should we experience any problems with the availability of your order, we will let you know as soon as possible.

Whilst we will use all reasonable endeavours to meet the timescales of your delivery, we may sometimes experience delays because of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control and we therefore cannot accept any liability for any delays or non-delivery. 

Privacy & Security

We will treat all your Personal Information as confidential (although we reserve the right to disclose it in the circumstances set out below). We will keep it on a secure server and we will fully comply with the Data Protection Act 1998. 

We confirm that any Personal Information which you provide to us (or which is available on public registers) and any user information from which we can identify you, will only be used for the following purposes:

- Processing your orders, including despatch, payment and returns; 
- To prevent or detect fraud or abuses of our Website;
- To enable third parties to carry out technical, logistical or other functions on our behalf;
- For statistical or survey purposes to personalise and improve this Website and its services to you;
- To serve Website content and advertisements to you;
- To administer this Website;

You agree that you do not object to us contacting you for any of the above purposes whether by telephone, e-mail, fax or in writing. 

You sign up for our newsletter when you enter your details and click on the submit button. You consent to receive marketing communications from us by signing up to our email newsletter, You consent to receive information from us about products, promotions or special offers which we feel may be of interest to you. These may be sent by e-mail, telephone or post.

Our shopping basket system relies on the use of cookies. A cookie is normally sent by a web server to you and enables the server to collect information back from your site visit. This information might assist Lansdale with collating statistics about sales and traffic patterns for our own use. None of this information will identify individuals.

We have taken reasonable care to protect your data and our system, however, if someone breaks into our system and steals or corrupts data, that is a criminal act, they will be liable for their actions and not us.

Returns & Replacements  

We hope that you will be delighted with your order. However, if within 7 days of purchase you change your mind, we will be happy to offer you a full refund for the products(s) you have purchased credited to the card used in the original sales transaction. Please note that goods must be returned in perfect condition, and in their original, undamaged packaging with all tags still attached, along with a note of your original order details.

Please note: If you decide to cancel your order after delivery, you have a statutory duty to take care of the product(s) while in your possession & return them to us at your own cost.

Should you return your order to us later than 7 working days of receipt we reserve the right to charge you a 5% restocking fee, and/or issue you with a promotional code which can be redeemed solely at our online shop, provided the goods are in a saleable condition and are in their original, undamaged packaging. We will not refund any outbound carriage based on the actual cost to Lansdale and not the subsidised rates that you have been charged. If the product(s) you return are not considered to be in a saleable condition, they will be sent back to you at your own risk, and you will be charged postage at cost.

Exchanges: Lansdale are happy to exchange your product(s) for an alternative size or colour, as long as the product(s) you return for exchange are in perfect conditon, and in their original, undamaged packaging with all tags still attached. Product(s) should be returned to us within 7 working days with a note of your order details clearly stating the size/colour you would like to exchange for. All return postage costs are your responsibility, but we will send the first exchange to you free of charge (UK Mainland & BFPO Addresses only).

Faulty items: These will only be accepted if the goods are delivered to the customer damaged or a manufacturing fault is subsequently found within a reasonable timeframe after delivery.

If Lansdale supplies you with incorrect or faulty product(s), please contact us straight away on +44 1784 460 793 Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays) 8.30am to 5pm or e-mail and return the product(s) to us within 7 working days. Your assistance in returning the incorrect goods to Lansdale will be required and Lansdale will be liable for any associated postage costs based on sensible market values. Postage will be refunded within 14 days from receipt of the product(s) & this is calculated at the Royal Mail Signed For Recorded Service rate (& NOT the Special Delivery Service). If you choose to return goods using any other method, we reserve the right to only refund the equivalent Royal Mail Signed For Recorded service rate.

Please Note: We may have to contact the manufacturer to answer some of your questions, so it may take a day or two to get a response from them. Please accept our apologies in advance for any delays in responding.

Price Matching

Here at we believe in offering the very best in service from start to finish and also the very best in price. As everyone knows you can search the internet and always find a great deal. We think that we already offer the best prices around but in the unlikely event that you find someone cheaper than us let us know and we will do our best to match it. This way you can get a great deal with the great Lansdale service.

So if you find a better deal online, let us know and we will match it as long as: (a) It is in stock; (b) It is not on offer; (c) It is not on an auction website; (d) The item is new, unused and not damaged; (e) It is identical to our product; (f) The product/s delivery charges are the equivalent of ours.

Let us know by emailing us, ensuring you include a link to the product on the website where you have found it cheaper.
